Above Bangkok limousine rates & Bangkok Airport transfer Rates all include fuel, taxes, insurance, toll for the expressway and ferry tickets (ferry crossings currently available for transfers to Koh Chang only). Only the standby service or dinner transfer services do not include tickets for expressway and / or parking fees. Our taxi service is door-to-door. The number and frequency of the stops along the way are decided by the passengers. For long stops (2 hours or more) there is a small surcharge of 250 baht per hour.
